When will my order arrive?
Please allow up to 8 workdays for your item to be shipped. Depending on the item, some will be shipped out faster than others. This is because items run out of stock occasionally and it usually takes a couple of days to restock them.

How can I track my order?
After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder. You can track your package using this website:

Simply fill in your tracking number and click on "Track" to find the whereabouts of your order.


My order has been underway for longer than xx days. Should I be worried?

Under certain peak periods and during (Chinese) holidays the delivery time may be longer than the estimated. There is no need to worry. We are still trying to process your order as fast as we can. In the very rare instance (less than 0.5%) that your package do get lost, we will take full responsibility and send you another one.


I only received part of my order. Where is the rest?

Sometimes we split the items in several packages because the combined weight of all the ordered items are too big or too heavy for one package. Don't worry. Your other package(s) will arrive soon after you have received the first one.




Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done within 2 hours of purchase because all orders begin the fulfillment process within the first 6 hours, and once the process begins it is too late to be stopped.


Can I return my item?
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have received a defective/faulty item:
Please reach out to harajukufever@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
Usually we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement.
If you have ordered a wrong size or color:
Depending on the item, we can provide two options:
1. Shipping another item to you at a 30-40% discount.
2. Return the item to us and cover 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping and covers the shipping fees of the replacement item.

When will a product be back in stock?

We try to re-stock all products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, some products are seasonal and might not be available at all times. If you have a request about a specific item that has run out of stock, please send us a message at our "Contact Us" page.




Why do I have to pay for shipping if I want to sign up?

This serves as a safety net for us in case the promoter fails to hold on to the agreement. We take a risk by giving away items for free so as a compromise we ask for the opposing party to pay a small fee in return.

I am unable to pay for the shipping, can I still sign up?
Please Contact Us through our various contact methods and tell us the reason. We may find a solution to work around this.

Can I make the video in another language?

Yes, you are allowed to make the video in another language.
